Solidarity School of the Time-Bank of Mesopotamia, discusses, decides and organizes the first, for this year, two-day event of social and cultural action, on Saturday 16 and Sunday 17 of December.
Saturday 16 of December, Solidarity School of Mesopotamia meets the Center for Education and Rehabilitation for the Blind, whithin the frame of first, for this year,social and cultural action.
During the event we will have the opportunity to watch the awarded short movie “Painting the darkness” and conversate with the casting about issues concerning the blindness and the daily life of persons with optical disability.
Participants will be able to participate in an experiential workshop about the technics of white stick.
In the final part of the event, Katerina Papadakou offers a music experience by the title “Listen, feel, dance, express yourself”:
Triggered by the second waltz of Dmitri Shostakovich from the suite of varieties theater orchestra, we will make an attempt of an atmospheric trip through his music, we will acquaint with the composer and will experientially approach ¾.
